By scheduling our service, you agree to the following:

Gassed Up provides mobile fuel delivery only. We do not inspect, repair, or guarantee vehicle condition. A $15 delivery fee plus the cost of fuel at the lowest local retail price at the time of service will be charged. You agree to provide safe, legal access to your vehicle. Vehicle gas caps must be unlocked and accessible upon time of service. We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions. Gassed Up is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues, faulty fuel doors, leaking systems, incorrect fuel type, or mechanical failures. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the current service. You authorize us to document service with GPS and photos. You must be 18+ and authorized to approve charges. Missed appointments may incur fees. Wisconsin law governs all disputes.
