Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule their fueling appointment up to 1 hour before their scheduled service time at no charge. The full service fee will be refunded automatically once the cancellation is processed. Cancellations are not accepted within 1 hour of the scheduled service window, as our technician has already been dispatched.
No-Shows / Inaccessible Vehicles
If our technician arrives and cannot access the vehicle due to:
- Blocked or unsafe access
- Incorrect location information
- Aggressive animals
- Unsafe weather conditions at the vehicle location
- Locked fuel door
A $15 no-access service fee may apply.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued if:
- We are unable to complete fueling due to our error
- Incorrect fuel type was dispensed by Gassed Up
- Billing errors occur
Delivery fees are non-refundable once a technician is dispatched.
Weather Delays
Severe weather may delay or reschedule service for safety. In these cases, no cancellation fees apply.
Subscription / Fleet Billing
Subscription and fleet accounts are billed per service agreement terms.
